1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you purchase goods from us online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. How to Cancel

You must include your name, address, order number, and details of the order.

3. Returns Process

•Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

•Goods must be in unused, unopened, and original packaging unless faulty.

•You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

•We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

•Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

•Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Square.

•Original delivery charges will be refunded at the standard delivery rate (premium delivery services are non-refundable).

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 30 days with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exemptions from Returns

Certain goods are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons if unsealed after delivery (clearly marked on the product page).
